PATHS OF THE SOUL

The realistically spectacular images have the strange characteristic of pleasing the observer but then not leaving him with the scratch of the disturbing imagery that distinguishes truly important photographs.

One gets the feeling that the prevailing aspect is the beauty of the places that the photographer limited himself to documenting using only his technical expertise.

The same goes for stock images and those used to make postcards, notebook covers and tourist brochures: they are beautiful but not seductive, pleasant but not intriguing, they let themselves be looked at to solicit pleasantness but do not follow the path codified by Henri Cartier-Bresson which involved the eye, the head and the heart in equal measure.

Unique work.
